We currently deliver in East london free of charge, available for same day delivery. We do also deliver to other areas in the UK, please message or email us before placing a order so we can give you a price for first class Royal Mail delivery fees, which may alter as items are sent out based on weight.

This is due to the where Luella.ldn is based, fortuntly east london is not that big of a area and all postcodes within are close by. So anything outside of East London has to be delivered through the post

Our products come with a English translation sticker on the back of the product. We also ask if you have used the products your purchasing before and if you let us know you havent we will give you advise on how to use them. Please note no Spanish products we supply are suitable to be put in your mouth or directly in your eyes, if anything gets into your eye please rinse thoroughly and if you swallow anything you will need to ring 111, your gp or your local poison control centre having the bottled product to show.
